1. Platform Nature & Commercial Classification

India Attention Market (“IAM”, “we”, “us”) operates a competitive sponsored advertising placement directory (HSN/SAC 998363). Verified businesses purchase time-bounded digital advertising visibility on public ranked leaderboards.

Strict Non-Gambling Declaration: This platform does NOT host, offer, or facilitate games of chance, games of skill, betting, wagering, lotteries, prize pools, or participant cash rewards. Placement fees purchase pure advertising visibility.

2. Eligibility & Domain Verification

To participate in leaderboard battles, advertisers must represent authentic entities and comply with moderation rules. A verified-domain badge requires proof of domain ownership via DNS TXT records, HTML file upload or HTML meta tags.

3. Bidding, Placement & Settlement Rules

Placements are bounded by the board’s published end time and denominated in INR using integer paise. A new bid for an occupied rank must exceed its current holder by 10%, rounded up to whole rupees. Manual payments activate only after administrator verification; final rank is determined by verified amounts, with earlier placements winning ties. If a higher eligible bid is placed by a competitor, the previous holder is displaced to a lower rank or outbid status.

4. Concurrent Payments & Manual Refund Policy

If a user initiates checkout for a position that is successfully claimed by a concurrent competitor before payment settlement, the user will never be silently demoted. A verified payment that is no longer eligible does not activate a placement. The operator owes a manual refund, which is marked complete only after an administrator records the outgoing bank transfer reference. A status change does not itself return money.

5. Moderation, Safety & Takedowns

We reserve the right to review, reject, or suspend any company profile or advertising listing that violates our Content Policy or infringes on registered trademarks.
